My philosophy is simple: students come first. Throughout my career, I have consistently made decisions based on the needs of my students, striving to ensure that every child is seen and heard. As someone who has worked closely with the district on bargaining and negotiations, I have a deep understanding of the need for fiscal responsibility and strategic resource allocation. I am committed to finding balanced solutions, reviewing budgets carefully, and making cuts when necessary—without compromising the quality of education. My goal is always to protect the classroom experience while making responsible financial decisions.
